Cancellation Policy

* Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
* As our products are handmade and often personalized, production begins shortly after the order is placed.
* Customers are requested to carefully review all order details, including product selection, personalization, delivery address, and contact information before confirming their purchase.
* Any cancellation request received after order confirmation will be considered only under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of The Cutesy Patootsie Store.

Refund Policy

* As our products are handmade, made-to-order, and personalized, refunds are generally not applicable.
* If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for verification.
* If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days from the date of approval.
* Orders are shipped through trusted third-party courier partners. While we take utmost care in packaging every order, The Cutesy Patootsie Store cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by the shipping partner. However, we will always make every reasonable effort to assist you in resolving any shipping-related concerns.
* Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.
